Space on the 12-12-12 Crystal Skulls Return to Atlantis Cruise is limited. Reserve your space now with a $200 deposit. The cruise is $599 per person and includes an inside cabin double occupancy, all meals in the Main Dining Room, Windjammer Cafe or Room Service and the conference. We will contact you individually to select the category for cabins if you would like an upgrade. US taxes and shore taxes and fees are an additional $175.
After we receive your deposit, we will send you a packet with information on the staterooms, deck plans, prices for cabin upgrades, travel insurance and other information you will need to book your cruise. You will have until September 13, 2012 to make your final payment on the cruise. A payment plan can be set up to help you budget the cost of the trip. The quoted prices are good until March 31. On April 1, Royal Caribbean will assess the number of the staterooms that we have booked and may take away rooms from our block if we have not filled it. Because of that, we encourage you to get your deposit in as soon as possible to insure your space on the cruise at the prevailing rates. Once we get your deposit, we will send you a form to fill out that will allow you to be booked on the cruise. Your deposit is refundable until April 2, 2012. After that date, any funds deposited toward the cruise will be forfeited if you cancel. If we have not assigned you a stateroom on the ship, you will get your full deposit back before April 2. If we have assigned you a stateroom, there will be a $100 cancellation fee. If you make changes in a reservation after you are assigned a stateroom, there will be a $100 change fee.
